Penthouse Mouse (PHM) is a temporary fashion store, arts and events space that give young Australian designers and artists the opportunity to show their current range during the L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival (LMFF). More than just a shopping location, PHM encompasses site-specific artworks, runway shows, live photo shoots and other random happenings.
